Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HuMem.cloud (the "Service") operated by BotVibe AI LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Enterprise Cognitive Architecture Use

HuMem.cloud provides edge-native memory APIs for AI applications. You are responsible for the data (multimodal or text) you ingest via our APIs. You agree not to store illegal, non-consensual, or malicious data in your tenant-local or global-shared scopes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Enterprise and Developer tiers are billed via PayPal on a recurring monthly basis. We reserve the right to suspend API keys if payment is delinquent. Unstoppable Core tiers are subject to custom SLAs.

4. Liability & SLAs

While we leverage Cloudflare Durable Objects for 99.99% uptime, the Service is provided "AS IS". BotVibe AI LLC is not liable for data loss caused by user error or catastrophic infrastructure failure.
