1. Data Sovereignty and Isolation

HuMem.cloud is designed for sovereign AI. Data ingested under the `tenant-local` scope is encrypted and isolated entirely within your dedicated Cloudflare Durable Object. It is never used to train global AI models.

2. Global-Shared Scope

If you explicitly classify memory objects under the `global-shared` scope, that data becomes accessible to cross-agent shared cognition frameworks within the BotVibe AI ecosystem. Do not put sensitive PII in the global-shared scope.

3. Telemetry and Analytics

We log cognitive load pressure, query latency, and autonomous self-repair triggers to optimize the performance of the Linea-1 and OrcaOS layers. These logs do not contain raw user query data.
